1) What does it mean when something can be used under the Fair Use Law?

1) What are a student’s guidelines for using information from the internet in a school related publication or multimedia presentation?

2) When should you get permission to use copyrighted material? You should get permission when you want to use the work multiple times, When you want to use the work for commercial reasons and when you want to use the work in its fullness, especially when it is a longer document that is more the 2,500 words ( Maggie)

For example, if the jersey tan owner wanted to change the logo of jersey tan, and wanted to use the logo of a tanning solon in another state, the business owner would have to ask the business owner if he/she were allowed to use the logo. (Maggie)
